The spa area was ultra modern and appeared new and really lovely. The staff were very attentive to detail, going out of their way to make things perfect. Massimo and Isobele were incredibly helpful, especially with my partner's allergies. The restaurant offered excellent food and attentive service. The staff were friendly and the hotel had great facilities like a hot tub and sauna. The location was ideal with easy access to parking and the ski lift. The hotel was pet friendly and had a spacious bathroom. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and the breakfast and dinner were fantastic.

The rooms at Hotel Europe in Zinal are super cozy and comfortable. I felt like I was wrapped in a fluffy cloud while sleeping on the bed. The private bathroom was cool, and the bath was a perfect relaxation spot for me. The work desk came in handy when I needed to catch up on some emails, and I enjoyed watching my favorite shows on the cable TV. Oh, and having a minibar right in the room was a total bonus!
Personally, I found the minibar a bit pricey, but hey, everyone's got different budgets, right?

We had a blast with our friends, trying out a whole range of activities. We hit the ski slopes, cycled like crazy, and even went for a full day of hiking. The best part? The ski lifts were just a stone's throw away from the hotel. It was so convenient! We had the time of our lives and can't wait to go back!
If there's one thing we wished for, it would be a livelier atmosphere for young party-goers. While the hotel was amazing for families and those seeking a relaxing stay, we would have loved a bit more excitement and fun for our age group.

Chose this hotel for a training session and they exceeded my expectations. The team took care of everything for our meetings and seminars, providing all the necessary equipment and support. Their attention to detail and professionalism made the experience seamless and enjoyable.
Only downside was the lack of a dedicated business center or meeting room. It would have been convenient to have a designated space for work-related tasks and meetings.

We loved how close it was to the telecabin, making it easy to access the slopes. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a cozy atmosphere. the gluten-free options at breakfast were a pleasant surprise, catering to our dietary needs. the hotel's location allowed us to explore the nearby attractions, adding to our overall experience.
The lack of free internet in the rooms on the second floor was a minor inconvenience.

They have a private bathroom with a bath or shower, which is super convenient. And guess what? Each room comes with a work desk, cable TV, and a minibar! It's like having all the comforts of home while on vacation. As a busy family, we really appreciated these amenities.
But you know what? The one thing we weren't too crazy about was the cable TV.

Our stay at Hotel Europe in Zinal was a great value for the price. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony and a view of the Imperial Crown. The location was convenient, with restaurants and the cable car within walking distance. But what truly made our stay special was the exceptional staff who were always helpful, friendly, and welcoming.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal even better was a wider variety of options.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Europe in Zinal. Our purpose was to enjoy a relaxing getaway, and we stayed for a few nights. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The building had good thermoregulation, so we never felt too hot or too cold. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the Imperial Crown. The breakfast was basic but satisfying, perfect for fueling up before a day of hiking. The wellness area with the jacuzzi, hammam, and sauna was a much-needed treat after our activities. The staff, especially William at the reception, were excellent and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
